Popular actress Nipun has made a new name for herself as she embarked on a journey to the business world.
Her newest venture is ‘Tulip Nails and Spa Ltd’, a beauty salon/care-shop, which has started off on January 4th at Kamal Ataturk Avenue. The salon was inaugurated by Member of Parliament Sheikh Selim around 12.30.
Two times national film award winner Nipun will be carrying out the role of the managing director and her younger brother Hasan Mahmud Imtiaz is her business partner in this venture.
Nipun said assured she kept the needs and demands of the people in the country when she thought of this initiative. “I feel that once customers start to come here, they will not think of going abroad to avail such services. For beauty care, this aims to stand always with the customers.”
“I’ve noticed that people are style conscious all over the world and although they are just as conscious in Bangladesh, the access to proper services are not as available.”
The famous actress informed that her salon will provide global standard services as she hired five beautician specialists from Thailand for assistance.
Why did she think of doing a business despite having a successful career going on for her. “I myself feel this absence in the availability of proper services, thus my initiative to try and change this situation from Bangladesh. However, I’ll be regular in acting films besides this business.”
Nipun sought wishes and prayers from everyone to make this venture a prosperous one.
Nipun started shooting for Delwar Jahan Jhantu’s film ’52 Theke 71’ from this month. In this film she will be starring opposite actor Ferdous Ahmed. Her last released flicks were Dr. Arupratan’s ‘Swarga Theke Narak’ and Manik Manobik’s ‘Shovoner Shadhinota’. Nipun won the National Film Award for her roles in Shah Alam Kiron’s ‘Shajghar’ and Mohammad Hussain’s ‘Chaad er Moto Bou’.
