Emon and Mamo are the popular faces on the small screen. The duo’s recent entry into the world of film has been accepted positively by fans all over the world, the two have paired up again for a TV venture after eight long years. The telefilm titled Ghuri Tumi Kaar Akashe Uro, has been wrapped up by the duo recently at a shooting spot in the capital.
Written and directed by Jamal Mallik, the telefilm evolves around a love story on the rocks.
The complexities of contemporary romance in the urban areas has been depicted in the TV fiction by the creators, which is to air on Valentine’s Day.
Lux Channel i Superstar 2006 winner, Mamo said: “Last time we worked together in Daruchini Dip eight years ago. I didn’t even notice how these many years have gone by. Now, I would like to express my gratitude to the director who created the opportunity for us to work together again.”
Emon said: “Mamo and I joined the media at the same time. Though now-a-days we meet loss often we have amicable bond between us. I reckon it will be nice to work with her after all these years.”
The telefilm is expected to air on the forthcoming Valentine’s Day on a private TV channel.
